### Feature Description Make `ListDyn` part of the public API. ### Problem and Solution For some reason things like `ReadDyn` are exposed but not `ListDyn`. I want `ListDyn` for writing a custom `Layer`. It seems like `ListDyn` was just forgotten in the exports?
