moved, link to #6689); improve oay.mdx; README now points to docs pages\n-
Tooling: remove bin/* from .vscode/settings.json linkedProjects\n\nNotes:\n- No
changes to core crates or integrations behavior.\n- Once new repo URLs for
oli/ofs are finalized, we can add them into the docs pages.
