Part of #6689.\n\nThis PR removes the remaining ofs-specific behavior test
infrastructure from this repo after moving binaries out:\n\n- CI: delete
.github/workflows/test_behavior_bin_ofs.yml and the composite action
.github/actions/test_behavior_bin_ofs/\n- CI: drop the 'test_bin_ofs' job from
.github/workflows/test_behavior.yml\n- Planning: set BIN=[] in
.github/scripts/test_behavior/plan.py so no bin jobs are generated\n- Tests:
remove bin_ofs assertions from .github/scripts/test_behavior/test_plan.py (unit
tests pass locally)\n- Docs: in CLAUDE.md Applications section, mark oli/ofs as
moved and oay as removed\n\nFollow-ups:\n- Once new repositories are finalized,
update website/docs/40-apps/{oli,ofs}.mdx with repo URLs (currently link to the
tracking issue).
