   We typically don't lock opendal to an early version.
   
   See https://endoflife.date/python where Python's current active support 
versions are 3.13 and 3.14. Security support goes back to 3.10.
   
   What if another user asks for support for 3.4, or even Python 2? I'd 
generally suggest you to upgrade your toolchain instead.
   
   That said, @Zheaoli and @messense may provide other context here if 
supporting 3.9 does no harm and can be easily implemented.
