- Add the `opendal-layer-route` crate implementing RouteLayer with glob

route deleter batching.
- Wire up feature flags and re-exports.
- Add unit tests covering first-match, default fallback, copy/rename
routing by `from`,
and delete routing using Memory + FS.

Yes. A new optional layer (`RouteLayer`) is available under the
