Attachment: openejb-626.patch
- Renamed default.logging.conf to embedded.logging.properties
- Set additivity of all appenders to true , i.e. removed the additivity=false
for all categories
- removed R and TX appenders
- added a rootLogger with level of fatal and a ConsoleAppender
