Currently ejb-jar.xml and openejb-jar.xml (optional, but needed for everything
to work I believe) are requested by the refactoring wizard - perhaps we could
use the support in the openejb-jee module for websphere and weblogic to use
their descriptors as an alternative to openejb-jar.xml
