OpenEJB Eclipse plug-in cannot be downloaded

Hi, i would like to point out that currently, the latest Eclipse Ganymede
version 3.4.2 does not recognize the address
http://people.apache.org/~jgallimore/update-site/ as a repository! This address
has been given in the following article:
http://openejb.apache.org/installation.html, as a source from where the plug-in
should be obtained.
Thus, i cannot get and use the plug-in!
Can you please tell me whether the plug-in is currently available ? For which
versions of OpenEJB/Eclipse is it relevant ? Is the update site broken somehow
? Any chances of fixing it ?
