Openejb has the really handy feature of being able to set env-entry values from
META-INF/env-entries.properties files. Right now these values always override
values supplied from xml or annotations, when present, as well as installing
values not mentioned in xml or annotations.
It would be useful to be able to turn off the "override" functionality.
