This patch contains a class to generate "Authorize this App" URL.
1) To read/write in twitter we require a twitter app to be registered.
2) This twitter app should be authorized for access by the user.
3) "Authorize this app" link should be created hence.
Once the user ( OpenEJB Twitter Account ) accesses that link and authorizes it,
this twitter app can post "retweets" to it.
This authorization would be done only once ( so not placed in cron )
