David Jencks resolved OPENEJB-1582.

Resolution: Fixed
rev 1138618. I moved the SecurityService and TransactionService
implementations out of the CDIPlugin so they can be replaced more easily in
e.g. the geronimo integration.
The SecurityService implementation is now based on the "more secure"
ManagedSecurityService from OWB that uses a SecurityManager if present. It's
implemented so you need to copy the source rather than subclass to change
anything.
