If binding to 0.0.0.0, then some other address needs to be broadcast to peers
in the discovery process. These peers will use that address to connect back to
the server when establishing the point to point network.
This is used like so:
-Dmultipoint.bind=0.0.0.0 -Dmultipoint.discoveryHost=102.168.12.3
