Andy Gumbrecht resolved OPENEJB-1839.
-------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Added system property 'openejb.client.connection.socket.timeout' which expects
an Integer value.

The default is now 150 (ms) which on modern networks is still a conservative
value.

Modify this value before creating an InitialContext.

> Current TCP Sockets use a timeout of zero. This means that it is left to the
> implementation to decide how long to wait for a connection - This can be a
> considerable amount of time.
