To be even more clear...
I was going to ship a patch to update just the jars and say 'btw after a
restart there is a new multipulse.properties file in the usual conf directory',
'enable and test it if you like'...
This is exactly what I did in house, and it was only minutes before the
response was 'no there is not?' - I had created the file by hand, so did not
know about the 'conf.d'
