Andy Gumbrecht resolved OPENEJB-1854.
-------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Remote multicast clients now check that an advertised service localhost URI is
actually allowed to be called.

> Multicast discovery collides with a configured localhost service

> If the discovery URI for a remote service group is 'localhost' then remote
> clients should not be able to see it.
> A server may want to only be visible to local clients, yet still advertise on
> multicast.
> Currently one of two things may happen on a remote client call:
> 1. A connection to the remote service group fails, as clients actually try to
> connect the themselves (localhost)..
> 2. More serious - If the remote client 'also' has a locally configured
> service on the same port then a connection is made to the service irrelevant
> of the group when in fact the connection should fail.
