not sure how can I help
maybe anything in the logs?
or you can try to run client debug using
http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/?swf=maindebug.as3.swf10.swf
or
http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/?swf=maindebug.as3.swf11.swf
depending on your revision
