Ok. This was the problem - caused by my security settings.
As novice user, you have no chance to see what's the real problem..
There's still one effect:
If I just click to in the room, it works.
But if I first click on test record, then I could neither play the audo nor
enter the room.
Same within safari and firefox on my MAC.
I had another issue (screen sharing with webbrowser safari; firefox works).
I'll open a separate ticket for this.
