Chat messages work properly for OM users, but for those created via SOAP
(setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHashByURLAndRecFlag), messages are not displayed
on the chat panel. The screen flickers and the text is erased from the field as
usual but then nothing happens on the chat board.
