I did not test v3.0
But in v2.1.1 RC1 it is like that:
Go with 2 users in a conference room, one moderator, one not.
Moderator clicks on usual user, selects "Grant moderation"
User gets moderation flag, but the icon in the admin user list does not change,
also the green icon on the right side does not change from green to red.
When the moderator clicks again on that icon it should remove the moderation
flag from the user.
But it does not.
