Fix For: 3.0.0 Apache Release
Go to restricted room with "No audio/video" device settings and "Do not ask
again" checked.
Click on "Allow this user to publish their audio/video". Result - the "Choose
device" dialog is not shown.
It seems that user should be availble to reset audio/video in the restricted
room.
