Hello Andrew,
1) please visit http://openmeetings.apache.org/mail-lists.html (you can
subscribe/write/search in archive)
2) your logs states:

exitVal: 1
process: generateBatchThumbByWidth
exitVal: 1
process: generateSwf
exitVal: 1
so all 3 converters are failed
please try to run commands (like java -cp
