1) The meeting members have no timezone set
2) if you save a meeting without adding the meeting organizer, there is simply
ZERO user assigned to the event.
A meeting always has a minimum of ONE meeting member => The owner of the event.
3) Adding an external meeting member creates an entry in the users table
4) Internal members have a timezone, they should not receive the invitation
with the date/time formatted in the timezone of the meeting creator.
