The users indicated that they do not show the chat icons. I notice it what will
be the feedbacks in connection with this. The the elements of the portal were
not altogether on a sign in 2.1 version when it is an application filled, this
phenomenon came in with the 3.0 versions. Deleting the unnecessary elements
under the HTML would be expedient and not to hiden.
