Maxim Solodovnik commented on OPENMEETINGS-757:
-----------------------------------------------

1) external users created have time zone of the owner (3.1 will provide page
for editing contacts)

2) owner is stored in DB and is NOT additionally added to meeting members

3) expected behavior

4) I'll double check

> Several issues with external and internal meeting members

> Project: Openmeetings
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: HTML5
> Reporter: SebastianWagner
> Fix For: 3.0.0 Apache Release
>
>
> 1) The meeting members have no timezone set (this has to wait probably till
> OPENMEETINGS-745 is fixed)
> 2) if you save a meeting without adding the meeting organizer, there is
> simply ZERO user assigned to the event.
> A meeting always has a minimum of ONE meeting member => The owner of the
> event.
> 3) Adding an external meeting member creates an entry in the users table
> 4) Internal members have a timezone, they should not receive the invitation
> with the date/time formatted in the timezone of the meeting creator.
