That's it, the first version of the plugin is ready and should work with
Chamilo 1.9.6 (it still requires a bit of testing and does not yet include
recordings management).
I don't think I can attach a file here, so if you want to test it out, you can

There is still work to do to support recordings and to clean the code of the
module, and the gateway file from the Moodle plugin was a bit too related to
Moodle conventions for us to use "as is", so I've had to change a series of
things and couldn't directly improve yours in a portable way, but I'm sure
you'll find a way to reuse it if you like (the main body of the script is still
the same).
