In the OpenMeetings login screen, warning message does not appear when user
enters incorrect login or password.
Just go to the login page, enter your login name and incorrect password. Then
click the "Sign in" button.
Result: Nothing happens.
Expected result: Warning message appears.
This is a regression in compare with the previous versions, so I believe it
should be fixed in 3.0 release.
