Summary: 3.0 regression: "Forgotten your password?" does not work
on the login screen.

Environment: "Forgotten your password?" link on the login screen does
not work correctly in 3.0.
How to reproduce:
- Go to the OpenMeetings login screen
- Click the "Forgotten your password?" link
- Select "Using e-mail address" option (as it is not selected yet)
- Enter your e-mail in the correspondiing text field
- Click the "Send email with the reset link" button
Result: "Internal error" page appear, does not matter is the e-mail address
valid or not
Expected result:
- If e-mail is valid, user reciives an e-mail with the password recovery
instruction
- If e-mail is invalid, warning message appears somehow
This is a regression in compare with the previous versions, and I believe it
should be fixed in 3.0.
