When a user searches for a contact, all users in the system are shown - not
just those who are part of his usergroup, but everyone that got created.
Is there a way to disable this function? We would like to create usergroups for
different teams, and we do not want a person from a particular team viewing
details of people in other teams. In any case, the Admin user is always shown.
This is also to be disabled.
