Description:
When user enter to the room and at once opens invitation, then timezone is not
displayed correctly. It seems that we should disable "Send invitation" menu
item while time zones loading.
Steps:
1) set client machine time zone to be GMT+7
2) enter any room as moderator
3) immediately open invitation windows
Result: Wrong time zone is selected in time zone drop down
