I have checked the patch. It works when the language is changed, because it's
using the method getString() of Websession class to initialize the vMyRoomTitle
and wRssTitle variables (lines 7-8)
String wMyRoomTitle =this.getString(781L);
String wRssTitle = this.getString(277L);
This method, returns the title of widgets ("My rooms", "News") from the
fieldlanguagesvalues table.
