Fix For: 3.0.3
All rooms are not displaying user after following steps:
1) enter any room as regular user A
2) enter same room as admin, user B
Result: only one user is displayed in the list for user A
3 users are displayed for the user B if room type was restricted, 2 users
displayed otherwise
