contact data are not showing for users from contacts.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change "Community settings" of first user to "Show contact data to contacts
only".
2. Login as second user. Second user should be in contacts of first one.
3. Go to "Contacts and messages->Search users" and find first user.
4. Click on icon "Show user profile"
Expected state: All contact data showed.
Current state: Showed message:"The user does share his personal contact data
only to contacts"
