Steps to reproduce:
1) Create room and add non-admin user to this room as a default moderator.
2) Go to creaded room with any admin user
3) After this go to creaded room with non-admin user from first step.
Expected state: Non-admin user should be the moderator of room.
Current state: Non-admin user is not a moderator of room.
