Summary: Pressing 'play' on the video player while a video is
already playing starts a new player

When there is a video already playing and the user clicks on the play button on
the bottom-left side of the player, another video player instance is created.
When the video player at the forefront is closed the other video player remains
on the screen and it ha no window frame.
It can be solved checking 'this.isPaused' at the beginning of the 'startStream'
method in the file whiteboardVideoPlayer.lzx
