the conference room is very congested with small icons. my suggestion is to
make the user accounts on left side to have bigger user photos with their names
and once hovered on them, options icons will show up (such as mute, block
etc..) and the right side section is to have the video running by default with
white board being on top and once enabled/clicked/checked it drops to the full
right side.. simply, the same way skype have the layout.
