the icons for "allow this user to publish their audio/video" and "deny user to
give exclusive audio" in the users tab in a room are enabled by default. the
belonging function is disabled. It is also an opposite behavior to all other
icons except "unenrole user" and "start private chat" what makes sense so far.
It would be strait forward if an icon is enabled, when the belonging function
is enabled too.
