Maybe you can try latest build from here:
https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/Openmeetings%203.1.x/
(this will require different/separate DB)
and if you can record your steps, I can reproduce/fix it (or maybe can create
special build with more detailed logging if still reproducible)
