The DOAP is listed in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/data/projects.xml
as being at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openmeetings/trunk/singlewebapp/openmeetings-server/src/site/xdoc/doap.rdf
However there is no such URL.
Please fix the URL.
Note: if the DOAP is available from the website, then it would be better to use
that as the URL since that is less likely to change than the SCM URL
