Summary: Recording is not converted completly when user enter to
the room without video

Fix For: 3.1.1
Enter to the room as moderator and allow video, then invite guest without
video. Start recording. Exit from the room as guest and stop recording.
As moderator go to Recording panel and check latest recording. The next error
is shown in the conversation message:
