Maxim Solodovnik resolved OPENMEETINGS-1436.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Files are being uploaded using POST
definitely not OM issue, works as expected on demo server

please contact mailing lists to get support from community
from my point of view it seems to be nginx configuration issue
