Currently the following has been implemented:
* Addition of necessary fields and entities.
* Complete Syncing with CalDAV Servers, using all the possible known types of
syncing.
* Creation and Deletion of Events on the server and the OpenMeetings DB.
* Implemented Service and Principal Discovery on a given CalDAV server.
