Description:
The following additional functionality need to be added to the Groups:
# Group logo (displayed in the room)
# Group tag (displayed in the room as room name prefix)
# Group limits:
## Max files/recording size per group
## Recording time-to-live
## Recording expiration reminder
## Max rooms per group
# Group moderator need to have limited admin rights for this group
## Create/edit group rooms
## modify group
## add users to the group, modify group users
