Summary: Message are not shown properly in the activities and

Enter to the room as user without moderator rigths. Click on Like to draw icon
and observe Activities and actions window. The "I would like to draw on
whiteboard" message shows with deny and accept buttons. It seems that these
buttons should be shown for moderator.
If moderator accept this action so accept message is not shown for this user.
Also when moderator remove right from user, then current user does not receive
notification from moderator.
