Notification for raise your hand should be added to user-list.
If one as moderator wants to react with moderator-, whiteboard-, audio/video
rights or private-chat, one need to search the name found in action&activities
panel in the user list. This could be "difficult" in a room with a lot of user.
The hand-symbol beside the private-chat icon could be useful. A click from the
moderator should remove the hand.
So one could handle questions without searching in the user-list.
