Maxim Solodovnik resolved OPENMEETINGS-1659.

Resolution: Information Provided
This actually mean pdf2swf installed not in /usr/bin
Try to leave this field empty (everything should work as expected since pdf2swf
in the PATH)
Or use locate command to find the exact location on your machine
