Summary: getting Internal error at the room screen when a user

After creating a custom room, if an external user is trying to enter that room
with the obtained hash, an internal error is displayed at the conference page.
But it happens only for few users. In the red5.log, I am getting the following
error message:-
2018-01-02 16:11:05,228 [https-jsse-nio-0.0.0.0-2013-exec-9] INFO
o.a.t.w.s.WsRemoteEndpointImplServer - Failed to close the ServletOutputStream
connection cleanly
java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in
your host machine
I have attached the red5.log in the below attachment. Please refer to it and
respond to it at the earliest.
