As far as I can see you are using Chrome/Chromium browser
And don't using HTTPS :(
As described here http://markmail.org/message/c2a3l2vshjqnz5o6 HTTPS is now
required :(
You can use this guide http://openmeetings.apache.org/RTMPSAndHTTPS.html to set
up HTTPS
