Not sure I got your question :(

The code change was made in Java code (as you can see messages from Git)

To get fixed version you have several options:
 # get fresh SNAPSHOT build: 
[https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/OpenMeetings%204.0.x/]
 # temporary change Labels with IDs 34 and 35
