i've tested with FF 52 - 62 - 63 in my OM 4.0.6 and
[https://om.alteametasoft.com:8443/next/#room/2]
recording there, and the resultat is the same no play.
Is something that maybe can help you, and is that
when clic on play, or on any recording file, or
office file, or anywhere, always reload the double arrow
(attached capture "arrows blink.png")
