Raphael Fetzer commented on OPENMEETINGS-1986: ---------------------------------------------- Keycode.info returns event.key=backspace. For me Firefox behaves absolutely the way it is configured here: {quote}*0* Pressing [Backspace] will go back a page in the session history and [Shift]+[Backspace] will go forward. ([http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.backspace_action)]{quote} I could reproduce going back with backspace on every web page I tested and in OM regardless of my role. I just think OM should prevent this, because the user may accidentally leave the room by typing backspace. This is what happened to my as I was in a text field and OM changed the object focus so my backspace press made me leave the room. > using backspace > --------------- > > Key: OPENMEETINGS-1986 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1986 > Project: Openmeetings > Issue Type: Bug > Components: UI > Affects Versions: 4.0.7 > Reporter: Peter Dähn > Assignee: Maxim Solodovnik > Priority: Major > > Through backspace in Firefox you leave the room because this button lets you > go back in the browser history. > This could be prevented by displaying a dialog box. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v7.6.3#76005)
